Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním přímé demokracie. Ukazuje klady a zápory přímé demokracie v porovnání s demokracií nepřímou. V práci jsou popsány samotné instituty přímé demokracie a je vysvětlen pojem občanská deliberace. Dále je fungování přímé demokracie ukázáno na příkladech konkrétních států. This thesis examines direct democracy. It shows the pros and cons of direct democracy in comparison with indirect democracy. The thesis describes the institute of direct democracy and explains the concept of civic deliberation. Furthermore, the function of direct democracy is shown in specific countries.
