Cílem této práce je analýza výroční zprávy nadačního fondu. Teoretická část stručně vymezuje neziskový sektor v České republice a podrobněji charakterizuje nestátní neziskovou organizaci typu nadační fond. Hlavní pozornost je však věnována významu a funkci výroční zprávy této právní formy. The main target of this thesis is analysis of annual report of endowment fund. The theoretical part defines the nonprofit sector in the Czech Republic and describes in detail the characteristic of endowment fund.
