The aim of my thesis is to present elementary problems of collective investment, mutual consequences and principles of it´s working at first, then define persons like fund manager, depository, investor and relationships between them and explain of the procedure of establish and administration and managing of unit trust and finally explain ways to extinction of unit trust, by the view of founder.
