V této práci autor zpracoval pohled na postoj práva k dodatečně prováděným úpravám motorových vozidel, které jsou provozovány na pozemních komunikacích. Práce v úvodu představuje projevy tuningu v reálném světě a dále se již zaměřuje na právní regulaci jednotlivých úprav motorových vozidel, jejich povolování a kontrolu. The Author compiled an insight into questions of a position of the law to additional modifications of cars, which are conducted on the public roads. In an introduction part presents the diploma thesis symptoms of the tuning in the real world.
