Cílem diplomové práce je ověření Herzbergrovy dvoufaktorové teorie motivace u pracovníků ve veřejné správě. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení pojmů motivace a příslušnou legislativu. Dále je popsána Herzbergrova motivační teorie a její význam v motivaci pracovníků. Druhá část je věnována hodnocení výzkumu, jehož cílem je ověření Herzbergrovy motivační teorie v praxi u pracovníků ve veřejné správě. …more

The aim of the diploma thesis is to verify Herzberg's two – factor theory of motivation in public administration employees. The theoretical part contains the definition of the concepts of motivation and relevant legislation. Herzberg's motivational theory and its importance in employee motivation are also described.
