Práce se zabývá analýzou modelu Zmijewski včetně všech jeho dostupných verzí a jeho aplikací na konkrétní data vybraných společností podnikajících v ČR. V teoretické části je uveden přehled všech modelů Zmijewski včetně popisu používaných poměrových ukazatelů. The thesis deals with the analysis of model Zmijewski including its published versions and their application to particular data of chosen companies in Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the model Zmijewski and its versions including financial ratios used in these models.
