Tato práce se zabývá bioinformatickou analýzou a klonováním hypotetického lektinu CalVL z houby Calocera viscosa. Lektiny z hub jsou zajímavé svojí antivirovou, imunomodulační a protinádorovou aktivitou. Lektin CalVL by mohl být v budoucnu potencionálně využívaný v lékařství. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on bioinformatical analysis and cloning of the hypothetical lectin CalVL from the mushroom Calocera viscosa. Fungal lectins are interesting because of their antiviral, imunnomodulative and antitumor activity. Lectin CalVL could be potentially used in medicine in the future.
