Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce bylo provedení strategické analýzy ve společnosti Lázně Aurora, s.r.o. V první části diplomové práce je popsána teoreticko-metodologická část, které se týká strategie a strategické analýzy. V druhé části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznakty do praxe.
Abstract:
This diploma deals with strategic analysis in a company Lázně Aurora, s.r.o. There is a description of the theoretical-metodological in the first part with relates to a particular strategy and to strategic analysis. There is direct application of the theoretical learnings into the practice in the cecond part.
