Bakalářská práce "Právní úprava ochrany spotřebitele a řešení sporů v této oblasti" se zabývá přehledem současné legislativy v České republice, která se týká ochrany spotřebitele. Soustřeďuje se na také na řešení sporů v dané oblasti.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis "The legislation of protecting consumers and resolving disputes in this area," explains the overview of the current legislation in the Czech Republic, which concerns consumer protection. It focuses also on the settlement of disputes in the region.
