Bakalářská práce se zabývá významem veřejného sektoru a jeho účetnictvím. Zaměřuje se na veřejné finance a veřejné rozpočty, konkrétně na rozpočty územně samosprávných celků a jejich finanční hospodaření. This bachelor thesis works with an importance of public sector and its accounting. It is focused on public finance and public budgets. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to contributory organizations and their accounting and financial management.
