Abstract:

Tématem mojí absolventské práce je Poruchy chování a sociální práce. Podle mého názoru jsou poruchy chování u dětí a mládeže velmi aktuálním tématem, které se v poslední době objevuje čím dál tím více a více článků a obecně i knih, jelikož tato generace se potýká s negativním vlivem z prostředí, které jejich chování a psychický vývoj velice ovlivnit. Proto je důležité pro tuto generaci najít pochopení, najít způsob pro ně vyhovující pomoci a nastavit určité hranice, které budou těmto problémovým situacím přecházet a budou sloužit jako prevence. Hlavním cílem mé práce bylo zodpovědět následující otázku: Jak sociální pracovnici pracují s jednotlivými typy poruch chování ? Absolventská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část obsahuje pět kapitol, které shrnují poznatky z odborné literatury, jež jsou následně ověřeny v praktické části prostřednictvím provedeného výzkumu. První kapitola se věnuje úvodu do problematiky, druhá kapitola analyzuje faktory ovlivňující poruchy chování, třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na nejčastější druhy poruch chování, čtvrtá kapitola popisuje metody a techniky vhodné pro práci s touto cílovou skupinou, a pátá kapitola se zabývá možnými řešeními rizikového chování. V této části jsou zkoumány organizace působící v Jihomoravském kraji, zejména v Brně a okolí, které se specializují na tuto problematiku. V praktické části jsem odpověděla na svoji výzkumnou otázku prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu, při kterém jsem využila polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s sociálními pracovníky jako hlavní nástroj sběru dat. V rámci této metodiky jsem spolupracovala s domluvenými konverzačními partnery. V průběhu výzkumu se objevily nové poznatky, některé z nich byly odlišné od poznatků z teoretické části. Konverzační partneři vyjádřili různá tvrzení na danou problematiku, avšak shodli, že si uvědomují, že sociální prostředí má velký vliv na vývoj poruch chování u dětí a mládeže.

Abstract:

The topic of my graduate thesis is „the Behavioral disorders and Social Work“. In my point of view, the behavioral disorders of children and young adults are a very discussed topic recently, evidenced by the increasing numbers of released articles and books focused on this topic. The reason of this fact might be problems and negative influence of the environment, which negatively affects life, behaviour and psychological development of this generation. Therefore it is very important for this generation to find understanding, the most suitable way of helping them and setting certain boundaries, which may precede the problematic situations and may be the prevention of these situations. The main goal of my thesis is to answer the following question: „How do the social workers work with particular types of behavioral disorders? The graduate thesis is consisted of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains 5 chapters, which summarize the findings of scientific publications, which are followingly verified in the practical part of this thesis by the carried out research. The first chapter is devoted to the introduction of the problematics, the second chapter analyses the factors affecting the behavioral disorders, the third chapter is focused on the most common types of behavioral disorders, the fourth chapter describes the methods and techniques suitable for working with the target group of children and young adults and the fifth chapter deals with the possible solutions of high-risk behaviour. In this part, there are also organisations specialised on behavioral problem solving being examined. These organisations are operating in South Moravia region, especially in Brno. In the practical part I answered the reserached question via carried out quality research, in which I used semi-structured interviews with social workers as the main data collection tool. Within this methodology I cooperated with agreed conversation partners. During the research, I discovered new information and findings, some of them differed from the findings in the theoretical part. Conversation partners expressed different statements concerning the problematics. However, they agreed the social environment has a huge impact on behavioral disorders development of children and young adults.
