Experiencing pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium in women with gestational diabetes mellitus

Abstract:

Teoretická část práce první části obecně popisuje diabetes mellitus jako takový, následně se zabývá problematikou onemocnění gestační diabetes v těhotenství, je zde charakteristika daného onemocnění, diagnostika, prenatální péče, léčba, komplikace a rizika spojená s gestačním diabetem mellitem. Konec teoretické části se zabývá prožíváním žen a samotným prožíváním nemoci. Průzkumná část byla utvořena na základě kvalitativního šetření, jehož průběh byl uskutečněn za pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a zaměřuje se na prožívání těhotenství u žen s gestačním diabetem mellitem.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the first part generally describes diabetes as such, then deals with the issue of gestational diabetes in pregnancy is here, the characteristics of the disease, diagnosis, treatment, prenatal care, treatment, complications and risks associated with gestational diabetes mellitus. The end of the theoretical part deals with the experience of women and the very experience of the disease. The exploratory part was created on the basis of a qualitative survey, which was conducted with the help of semi structured interviews and focuses on the experience of pregnancy in women with gestational diabetes mellitus.
