Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření funkčního podnikatelského plánu stravovacího zařízení operujícího v segmentu gastronomie, který lze nazvat moderní rychlé občerstvení. K úspěšnému vypracování práce bylo třeba kvalitně zpracovat relevantní informace pro nastínění podnikatelského záměru. Struktura těchto informací byla definována v teoretické části. V praktické části bakalářské práce je popsán kompletní podnikatelský plán k otevření stravovacího zařízení specializujícího se na tvorbu těstovin. Součástí podnikatelského plánu je situační analýza, pomocí které byly zjištěny informace klíčové ke správným rozhodnutím podnikatele při realizaci podnikatelského plánu.

Abstract:

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a functional business plan of a gastronomy establishment that operates in a segment which could be called modern fast food. For successful completion of this work a thorough research of relevant information for outlining the business plan was necessary. The structure of this information was defined in the theoretical part. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis, a complete business plan for establishing a gastronomy establishment specializing in the creation of pasta is described. A component of this business plan is a situational analysis, thanks to which information about key elements for making the right decisions in realization of the business plan have been researched.
