Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou tenkých vrstev chalkogenidových skel systému As-S-Se metodou spin-coating. Je studován vliv temperace a stárnutí tenkých vrstev na jejich optické vlastnosti, strukturu a chemickou odolnost.
Abstract:
This work deals with the preparation of thin amorphous films of As-S-Se chalcogenide glass by spin-coating method. The effects of annealing and aging on optical properties, chemical resistance and structure of the thin films are studied in this work.
