Mannose binding lectin in children with a malignancy
Abstract:
Předložená doktorská disertační práce na 113 stranách zkoumá frekvenci manózu vázajícího lektinu (MBL), respektive převážně význam jeho deficitu, na souboru 413 dětských onkologických pacientů, zjišťuje vliv tohoto deficitu MBL na tíží febrilní neutropenie, jeho asociaci s charakteristikami akutní lymfoblastické leukémie (ALL) a s výsledky léčby jednotlivých vybraných malignit dětského věku.
Abstract:
The author describes role of mannose binding lectin (MBL) in children with malignancy. Special attention is focused on role of MBL during febrile neutropenia (FN), compares severity of FN in pacient with MBL deficiency.
