Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením poškozeného v přestupkovém řízení a souhrnem oprávnění, jimiž poškozený disponuje. Využití daných oprávnění poškozeného jako účastníka řízení při uplatňování svého nároku na náhradu majetkové škody během celého přestupkového řízení. This bachelor thesis deals with the position of harmed party in Offence proceedings and a summary of permissions, which has harmed party. The use of the authorization harmed party as a party of his claim for compensation for material damage during the entire offense proceedings.
