Abstract:

Práce s názvem Potřeby rodin s dětmi s Downovým syndromem a pomoc v jejich naplňování prostřednictvím rané péče se věnuje potřebám rodin dětí s Downovým syndromem v rozmezí od jejich narození do sedmi let věku dítěte a otázce, v jakých z těchto potřeb může pomoci služba rané péče k jejich naplnění. Práce pojednává o tom, co je Downův syndrom a co pro rodiče znamená, že se jim narodilo dítě s tímto typem postižení. Dále pak seznamuje se službou rané péče. V práci je kladen důraz především na potřeby rodin s dětmi s Downovým syndromem. Obsahuje kvalitativně zpracovaný výzkum, ve kterém se ukazuje široká škála potřeb rodin s dětmi s Downovým syndromem. V závěrečné analýze výzkum porovnává nabídku Střediska rané péče Diakonie Stodůlky pro rodiny s dětmi s mentálním a kombinovaným postižením se zjištěnými potřebami rodin dětí s Downovým syndromem. Výzkum ukazuje, že pomoc rané péče by mnohé rodiny potřebovaly již v době nejbližších dní a týdnů po zjištění diagnózy svého dítěte, kdy je pro ně velmi důležité naslouchání a sdílení. Analýza poukazuje, že raná péče může pomoci naplnit mnohé z potřeb rodin. Raná péče je pro rodiny s dětmi s Downovým syndromem přínosná, nikoli však nezbytná.

Abstract:

The work named Family Needs With Children With Downs Syndrome And Help In Their Filling Through the Early Intervention deals with the needs for the families of the children with Down syndrome from their born to seven years old of the child and the question what are the needs that services of the early intervention can help to fill. The work treats of Downs syndrome and what means to parents that the child was born to them with that type of disabilities. Then it informs about early intervention service. The work especially emphasize to needs of the families with children with Downs syndrome. It contains qualitative research, in that is shown wide range of needs of the families with children with downs syndrome. In the final analysis the research compares an offer The Centre Of Early Intervention Diakonie Stodůlky for families with children with mental and combined disabilities with the established needs of the families with children with Downs syndrome. The research indicates that some of the families would need the help of early intervention ever since the nearest time of days and weeks after the detection diagnosis their children, when listening and sharing is very important for them. The analysis points out that early intervention can help fill many of needs of the families. Early intervention is for the families with children with Down syndrome beneficial but not essential.
