Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou skloubení mateřství a kariéry jak z hlediska žen, tak případných zaměstnavatelů a také státu. Jsou zde popsány různé nástroje, které mají či mohou ženám pomoci tuto situace zvládnout.Práce se zabývá i problematikou diksriminace žen na manažerských pozicích. In my work I am dealing with a problem of harmonization of family life and career from the point of view of women, employers and state.
