Posttraumatic stress disorder and the possibility that detection of IRS employees

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je podat základní informace o posttraumatické stresové poruše, možnostech její detekce a prevence tohoto onemocnění. Dále je práce zaměřena na způsoby a možnosti ochrany psychického zdraví u pracovníků Integrovaného záchranného systému. V teoretické části je popsána charakteristika nemoci, její příznaky, příčiny vzniku a projevy onemocnění působící na výkon zaměstnání pracovníků Integrovaného záchranného systému. Dále teoretická část popisuje možnosti k zamezení nebo maximálnímu zmírnění dopadů negativních vlivů na jejich psychiku. V praktické části byl vypracován dotazník, kdy předmětem šetření bylo zjištění povědomí pracovníků Integrovaného záchranného systému o posttraumatické stresové poruše a o možnostech odborné psychologické péče poskytované zaměstnavatelem. Údaje získané tímto dotazníkem byly zpracovány a vyhodnoceny v tabulkách a grafech.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is provide basic informations about post-traumatic stress disorder about potentialities of detection and prevention of this disorder. Below is this thesis focused on modes and options in protection of mental health employees´ in Integrated rescue system. In theoretical part is described disease characteristic apperances, reasons of origin and expressions of the disease which appel to profession or maximal reduction incidence of negative influences to employees´ mental health. In applied part was elaborated questionnaire whose subject of enquiry was find out employees´ awareness of post-traumatic stress disorder and options professional mental care which is granted by employer. By this questionnaire obtained data was procesed and evaluated in chart and diagrams.
