Cílem studie je zhodnotit možnosti detekce sentinelové uzliny u časných stadií karcinomu endometria. Principem je využití hysteroskopické aplikace radiokoloidu v kombinaci s předoperační lymfoscintigrafií a peroperační detekcí ruční gamasondou. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the feasibility of sentinel lymph node (SLN) detection in endometrial cancer using hysteroscopic administration of radiocolloid and combination of preoperative lymphoscintigraphy with intraoperative gamma-detection probe examination.
