Tato práce je zaměřena na krizovou připravenost obyvatelstva především na mimořádné události a krizové situace. Dále je uveden popis pojmu resilientní resp. odolnost komunity. Obsahem této práce je také popis krizových stavů, mimořádných událostí a varovných signálů. This work is focused on the population crisis preparedness mainly on emergency and crisis situations. Further is presented description of resilent concept or more precisely community residence.
