Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je činnost výchovného poradce na základní škole v souvislosti s výběrem střední školy u žáků 9. tříd. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je seznámit se a popsat problematiku profese výchovného poradce na základní škole. Text práce je rozdělen na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je členěna do tří hlavních kapitol a devíti podkapitol. Cílem teoretické části je vymezení činnosti výchovného poradce na základní škole v České republice. Úvodní kapitola se zabývá vysvětlením základních pojmů, které úzce souvisí s výchovným poradcem. Další kapitola se věnuje historickému vývoji poradenských služeb, výchovnému a kariérovému poradenství. Jádro této části tvoří kapitola zaměřená na samotnou profesi výchovného poradce, jeho činnost a činnost v souvislosti s kariérovým poradenstvím. Teoretická část je zpracována metodou analýzy a následné syntézy informací získaných studiem odborných zdrojů. Praktická část je založena na kvalitativním přístupu. Jejím cílem je analýza činnosti výchovných poradců na základních školách v souvislosti s výběrem střední školy u žáků 9. tříd. Stěžejní je získání odpovědi na hlavní průzkumnou otázku: „Jakým způsobem výchovný poradce pomáhá žákům či poskytuje informace v rámci kariérového poradenství?“ V rámci průzkumného šetření bude využita metoda polostrukturovaných hloubkových rozhovorů, kde respondenty budou tři výchovní poradci z různých základních škol v Jihomoravském kraji.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the activity of the educational consultant at elementary school in connection with the selection of the secondary school for pupils of the 9th grade. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to acquaint and describe the issue of the profession of educational consultant at elementary school. The text of the thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three main chaters and nine subchapters. The aim of the theoretical part is to define the activity of the educational consultant at the elementary school in the Czech Republic. The introductory chapter deals with the explanation of the basic terms that are closely related to the educational consultant. The next chapter deals with the historical development of consulting services, educational and career consulting. The core of this section is a chapter devoted to the profession of educational consultant, his activity and activity in the context of career consulting. The theoretical part is processed by the method of analysis and subsequent synthesis of information obtained by study of professional sources. The practical part is based on a qualitative approach. Its aim is to analyze the activity of educational consultant at elementary schools in connection with the selection of high school for pupils of the 9th grade. The key question is to get the answer to the main research question: "How does the educating consultant help pupils or provide information in the framework of career consulting?" The survey will use the method of semi-structured in-depth interviews, where the respondents will be three consultants from different primary schools in the South Moravian Region.
