Předložená práce se zabývá legislativním rámcem provozu střelnice v České republice. Teoretická část mapuje historii střelnic, její druhy a fungování od zřízení po případné zrušení. Praktická část zkoumá názory veřejnosti na téma provozu střelnice a jeho důsledky na běžný občanský život. Tento oddíl vychází z dotazníkového šetření a podrobuje je kvantitativní analýze. The presented study deals with the legislative framework of the shooting range operation in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part considers the history of shooting ranges, their types and their functioning from the establishment to their potential dissolution.
