Abstract:

Cílem práce je provedení analýzy rizika na strategické úrovni společnosti Bonavita, spol. s r.o., která je českým producentem cereálií. Účelem této analýzy je identifikovat relevantní rizikové faktory, které působí na strategický záměr společnosti a navrhnout budoucí kroky, které tyto faktory budou reflektovat. Finálním výstupem je zhodnocení dosažitelnosti podnikových cílů na základě sestavení finančního plánu mezi roky 2023 a 2027 za využití simulace Monte Carlo. Teoretická část je věnována rozboru problematice managementu rizika, strategie a strategické analýzy, ekonomické přidané hodnotě a simulace Monte Carlo. V praktické části je pak teorie aplikována. Situace společnosti se v nejbližší době zlepší díky pozitivnímu výhledu okolí. V rámci aktivního přístupu by se následný rozvoj společnosti měl opírat o revitalizaci značky v kombinaci s rozvojem bezobalového prodeje cereálních produktů. Primárním cílem bylo vygenerování neutrální hodnoty EVA s ohledem na to, že společnost dlouhodobě vykazovala záporné hodnoty. Ačkoliv první roky finančního plánu jsou stále spjaté s negativními hodnotami, v roce 2027 by společnost neutrální hodnotu měla vygenerovat s pravděpodobností 85 %.

Abstract:

The aim of the master thesis is to execute a risk analysis on the strategic level of Bonavita, spol. s r.o., a Czech producer of cereals. The purpose of this analysis is to identify the relevant risk factors that affect the strategic plan of the company and to propose future actions, which will reflect these factors. The final output is an assessment of the achievability of the corporate objectives based on the construction of a financial plan between 2023 and 2027 using the Monte Carlo simulation. The theoretical part is focused on risk management, strategy and strategic analysis, economic value added and the Monte Carlo simulation. The theory is then applied to the chosen company in the practical part. The company's situation will improve in the near future due to the positive outlook of the environment. As part of a proactive approach, the subsequent development of the company should be based on a brand revitalization combined with the development of the packaging-free sales of cereal products. The primary objective was to generate a neutral EVA in 2027, given that the indicator had been negative during the entire analysed period. Although the early years of the financial plan are still associated with negative values, the company should generate a neutral value in 2027 with a probability of 85 %.
