Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou volejbalu a beachvolejbalu jako sportovního výkonu. Cílem práce je srovnání zatížení v těchto sportech na základě hodnot srdeční frekvence.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of volleyball and beach volleyball as a sport performance. This thesis aims to compare the load in these sports on the values of heart rate.
