Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje loupežnému přepadení u finančních ústavů. Jejím hlavním cílem je zjistit, jakým největším rizikům čelí finanční ústavy z hlediska možných loupežných přepadení, a to na příkladu české pobočky banky X. Dílčím cílem práce je stanoveno provést analýzu bezpečnostního systému ve vybraném finančním ústavu a navrhnout opatření, která posílí jeho fyzickou bezpečnost. V bakalářské práci je využito několik výzkumných metod. Teoretická část je zpracována metodou literární rešerše a jsou v ní shromážděny informace o vybrané problematice. Tady je uvedena charakteristika loupežných přepadení, legislativní vymezení tohoto deliktu a typy loupežných přepadení. Dále jsou také popsány způsoby páchání loupežných přepadení a je nastíněna problematika viktimizace obětí. Součástí práce je shrnutí obecných způsobů preventivních opatření u finančních ústavů. V analytické části dochází k představení vybrané banky a k popisu jejího bezpečnostního systému na základě interních dat. Poté je proveden vlastní výzkum metodou dotazníkového šetření s účastí zaměstnanců banky. Tento výzkum odhalil, že je současná fyzická bezpečnost banky X hodnocena jako dobrá, i když existuje prostor ke zlepšení. S ohledem na slabé stránky systému jsou vytvořena doporučení, která by měla přispět ke snížení rizika loupežného přepadení.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is devoted to robberies at financial institutions. Its main goal is to find out what are the biggest risks facing financial institutions in terms of possible robberies, using the example of the Czech branch of bank X. The partial goal of the work is to analyze the security system in a selected financial institution and propose measures that will strengthen its physical security. Several research methods are used in the bachelor thesis. The theoretical part is processed using the method of literary research and it collects information about the selected issue. The characteristics of robberies, the legislative definition of this offense and the types of robberies are presented here. The methods of committing robberies are also described and the issue of victimization of the victims is outlined. The work also includes a summary of general methods of preventive measures at financial institutions. In the analytical part, the selected bank is presented and its security system is described based on internal data. After that, the own research is carried out using the questionnaire survey method with the participation of bank employees. This research revealed that Bank X's current physical security is rated as good, although there is room for improvement. Taking into account the weaknesses of the system, recommendations are made that should contribute to reducing the risk of robbery.
