Práce se zabývá problematikou práva výkupu účastnických cenných papírů, která je veřejnosti známa spíše pod názvem squeeze-out. The work deals with the right of squeeze-out, which is known to the public rather called squeeze-out. Based on the analyzes are assessed differences in these processes in the Czech Republic and the EU, represented by the Federal Republic of Germany, in Japan and in the State of Delaware.
