Local Fee for Dogs
Abstract:
Tématem mé práce je poplatek ze psů. V první části práce se nachází stručné seznámení s druhy místních poplatků. Část druhá je věnována právní úpravě – historické i současné. Následuje praktická část zaměřená na statutární město Brno. Poslední část práce stručně popisuje činnost městské policie v souvislosti s držením psů, provoz útulků pro psy a kočky a také zamyšlení nad zpoplatněním koček.
Abstract:
The topic of my thesis is a dog tax. There is a synopsis of the local fees in the first part of the thesis. The second part is devoted to legal regulations – historical and present-day too. The following practical part aims at the Statutory city of Brno.
