Pro sledování průběhu erytropoezy poskytují některé typy hematologických analyzátorů parametry retikulocytů jako například procento retikulocytů, absolutní počet retikulocytů a nezralou frakci retikulocytů IRF. Abstract:
Some types of hematology analyzers provide parameter of reticulocytes. Reticulocyte percentage, Absolute reticulocyte count or Immature reticulocyte fraction are used to monitoring erytropoetic process. Reticulocyte index RI and Reticulocyte production index RPI are appropriate to evaluation erytropoetic activity of bone marrow.
