V první obecné části bude vysvětlen pojem finanční krize, příčiny a následky, zejména na strategické řízení společnosti. Na konkrétním případě obchodní společnosti RETOS Varnsdorf s.r.o. bude objasněn význam strategického řízení firem pro schopnost dosahovat dlouhodobě firemních cílů.
