Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá recidivou, faktory jejího vzniku a příčinami. Představuje funkci sociálního kurátora a možnosti jeho práce s klienty. Popisuje, jak recidiva ovlivňuje situaci klientů propuštěných z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody při spolupráci se sociálním kurátorem. Vysvětluje, jak recidiva ovlivňuje situaci klienta po jeho propuštění z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody a důsledky pro fungování rodiny, možnosti bydlení, zaměstnání a předlužení klientů po propuštění z výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. V závěru je charakterizován vývoj kriminální kariéry jako sociální selhání, neschopnost respektovat sociální i právní normy a chovat se v souladu s nimi. Reintegraci recidivistů a jejich úspěšný návrat do společnosti komplikuje jejich osobnostní nastavení a chybějící náhled na vlastní chování.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the phenomenon of recidivism, causes and factors of origin. Presents a function of social curator and possibilities of his work with clients. Describing how recidivism affect the situation of clients which are released from prison in cooperation with the social curator. Also describing how recidivism affect the situation of clients after release from prison and consequences for the functioning of the family, possibility of housing, employment and over indebtedness after release from prison. The main contributions of this graduate thesis are summarized in its conclusion is criminal career development as a social failure, inability to respect social and legal norms and behave in accordance with them. Reintegration of recidivists and their successful return to society complicates their personality settings and lack of insight into their own behavior.
