Abstract:

Náplní diplomové práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou profesní obrany v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Součástí teoretické části je také specifikace základních situací profesní obrany a analyzovat jejich hlavní příčiny a průběh, což je provedeno formou dotazníkového šetření. Obsahem části praktické je vyhodnotit a posoudit nejvhodnější postupy řešení vybraných situací profesní obrany pracovníkem průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Cílem práce je zpracovat přehlednou metodiku úspěšného řešení základních situací profesní obrany pracovníkem průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti.

Abstract:

The content of thesis is acquaint the readers with the issue of professional defense in the commercial security industry. The theoretical part contains specify the basic situation of professional defense and analyze their root causes and process, which is conducted by questionnaire. The content of the practice part is to evaluate and assess the most appropriate procedures for dealing with selected situations of professional defense by employee, which works in commercial security industry. The main objective is to process a transparent methodology of successful solutions by employee, which works in commercial security industry.
