Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem benefitů na motivaci zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem je vyhodnocení kvality systému nabídky benefitů a jeho vlivu na motivaci zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Po celkovém zhodnocení jsou navržena potřebná doporučení. Abstract:
This master thesis explores the impact of company benefits on the motivation of employees of selected organization. The aim of the thesis is evaluation of the quality of the system of benefits and its impact on the motivation of the employees. After a proper evaluation, recommendations are made.
