Bakalářská práce se věnuje suplementaci kreatinu a jeho využití ve sportovní a léčebné výživě z pohledu nutričního terapeuta. V práci jsou popsány základní informace ohledně kreatinu. Jeho mechanismus účinku, metabolismus, biosyntéza či výskyt ve stravě. V práci jsou také popsány různé formy kreatinu, způsoby suplementace či interakce s jinými látkami. The bachelor's thesis is devoted to creatine supplementation and its use in sports and medical nutrition from the point of view of a dietitian. The thesis describes basic information about creatine.
