Práce se zabývá analýzou vybrané firmy v konkurenčním prostředí v České republice. Za objekt srovnávání byla zvolena firma, která poskytuje službu domova pro seniory. V práci je zohledněn aktuální stav na trhu sociálních služeb a predikce jeho vývoje.
