Exekuce na peněžité plnění dle exekučního řádu

The execution for the financial discharge according the execution order
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na výdaje dlužníka při exekuci, které mnohdy několikanásobně převyšují dlužnou částku. Problém se vyskytuje zejména v nákladech za právní zastoupení oprávněného v soudním řízení, které jsou upraveny několika vyhláškami. Srovnáním vyhlášek lze zjistit, která z nich má nejmenší dopady na dlužníka a tu doporučit k užívání v praxi.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on expenses of the debtor in the execution that are often several times higher than the amount due. The problem appears mainly in costs of legal representation in court proceedings that are regulated by several public notices. By comparing public notices to determine which of them has the least impact on the debtor and recommended for use in practice.
