Refinement of Delaunay Triangulation of Molecular Structures
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá algoritmy pro analýzu proteinových struktur, jež mají uplatnění především při vývoji nových léků. Konkrétně se práce věnuje metodám pro výpočet proteinových tunelů založených na principu Delaunay triangulace a míře znepřesnění, kterou se aplikací těchto metod dopouštíme. This thesis is about algorithms for analyzing protein structure which is useful especially for medical purposes. This thesis is focusing especially on methods for finding tunnels in proteins based on Deluanay triangulation. The main problem of this kind of methods is assumption that all atoms are the same size.
