Abstract:
V této práci je popsán průběh azylového řízení v České republice v návaznosti na vysvětlení základních pojmů, souvisejících s daným tématem. Vzhledem k členství České republiky v Evropské unii je také představena společná právní úprava v oblasti azylové politiky. In this work the course of asylum procedure in the Czech republic in connection with the explanation of the basic concepts related to the given topic is described. Due to the membership of the Czech republic in the European Union, a common legal regulation on asylum policy is also presented.
