Prevention of Burnout Syndrome in General Nurses
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou syndromu vyhoření a jeho prevencí u oboru všeobecná sestra. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace o oboru všeobecná sestra, problematice syndromu vyhoření a jeho prevence. Stanovený cíl bakalářské práce je zhodnotit znalosti všeobecných sester o dané problematice a míru informovanost o samotné prevenci.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of burnout syndrome and its prevention in the field of general nursing. The theoretical part describes the basic information about the field of general nurse, the issue of burnout syndrome and its prevention.
