Post-traumatic Intervention Care in terms of the Fire Brigade Corps of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývala tematikou posttraumatické intervenční péče v podmínkách Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. Práce byla rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. Část teoretickou, která čerpala z odborné literatury a kde byly vysvětleny základní pojmy, se kterými se v oblasti posttraumatické intervenční péče můžeme setkat. Druhá empirická část práce je částí průzkumnou. Průzkumná část vycházela z cíle bakalářské práce. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo ověřit, zda je naplňován záměr posttraumatické intervenční péče v podmínkách Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. Předmětem zkoumání bylo zjistit, zda posttraumatická intervenční péče v podmínkách Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky zajišťuje pomoc, která je zřizovatelem deklarována. Odpovědi týkající se předmětu zkoumání, byly získány formou písemného dotazníku. Výsledky praktické části prokázaly, že naprostá většina členů Hasičského záchranného sboru se s pojmem posttraumatická intervenční péče setkala. Znamená to, že jsou o službě informováni. Zároveň ale výsledky ukázaly, že se zdráhají tuto službu využívat. Zůstalo otázkou, zda hasiči službu nevyužívají z důvodů nedůvěry k osobě, které by se měli svěřit nebo z důvodů převládající nejistoty a strachu z otevřeného jednání na pracovištích Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the theme Post-traumatic intervention care in terms of The Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The work was divided into two main parts. The first theoretical part, that drew on the literature and an explanation of the basic concepts. And the terms which can be in the post-traumatic intervention care area found. The second empirical part of the thesis is an exploratory. The practical part is based on the aim of the thesis. The aim of this work was to verify whether the intent pursued the post-traumatic intervention care in terms of The Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic is pursued. The object of the research was to determine whether the post-traumatic intervention care in the terms of The Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic provides assistance that is declared by the founder. Answers on the subject of the interest were obtained by a written questionnaire. The results of the practical part showed absolute majority of the members of The Fire and Rescue Service who met the concept of the post-traumatic intervention care with. This means that they are informed about the service. Simultaneously the results showed that they hesitated to use this service. The questionnaire did not give a clear answer if firemen do not use the service for the reasons of distrust of the person who should be entrust or because of prevalent insecurity and fear of open meetings at the workplaces of The Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic.
