Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem dohody o vině a trestu, která byla do českého právního řádu zavedena v roce 2012. Nejdříve jsou stručně uvedeny informace o historii a vývoji tohoto institutu, zásadách spojenými s dohodou o vině a trestu a následně je velká část diplomové práce věnována současné právní úpravě. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the problematic of plea bargaining, that has been implemented into the legal code in 2012. The beginning of the thesis is dedicated to the focus on the history of plea bargaining. Therefore, a significant part of this thesis is dedicated to the legislation in the Czech Republic, which can be in many ways compared with the legislation in Slovakia.
