Implementace pomocných prvků pro děti s ADHD do dětské prózy

Abstract:

Currently, there is a large amount of information available, regarding supportive measures for ADHD readers dealing with reading comprehension issues. The aim of this diploma thesis is to gather, and process said information in its theoretical part and subsequently form and present a practical output which demonstrates how could the implementation of chosen measures look like within a children’s literature. The resulting practical output is an educational aid consisting of four chapters from the book The Girl Who Circumnavigated Fairyland in a Ship of Her Own Making by the author Catheryne M. Valente, edited to include supporting measures and tailor-made exercise to be used before, during and after reading. In addition to its pedagogical component, a substantial part of the thesis is a creation of original author’s illustrations, which carry not only an aesthetic function, but also a practical one, since they complement and work with the supporting measures. In addition to the elaboration of the theoretical basis, the text of the diploma thesis also has an accompanying character, which provides a detailed description of creating the practical part, both creative and pedagogical.

Abstract:

V aktuálnej dobe existuje veľké množstvo dostupných informácií a opatrení, ktoré sa snažia riešiť problematiku a uľahčenie čítania pre deti s poruchu pozornosti a hyperaktivitou. Táto diplomová práca ich vo svojej teoretickej časti spracováva a následne sa svojim praktickým výstupom snaží prezentovať, ako by mohla vyzerať ich aplikácia v rámci upraveného prozaického diela detskej literatúry. Výsledným praktickým výstupom sú štyri kapitoly z knihy Dievča, ktoré oboplávalo Čarokraj v lodi vlastnej výroby od autorky Catheryne M. Valente, doplnené o vybrané podporné opatrenia a na mieru vytvorené cvičenia pred, počas a po prečítaní kapitoly. Okrem tejto pedagogickej zložky je taktiež podstatnou časťou diplomovej práce jej výtvarná zložka, a síce tvorba autorských ilustrácií, ktoré v sebe nesú nie len estetickú, ale aj praktickú funkciu, kde dopĺňajú a priamo pracujú s podpornými opatreniami. Text diplomovej práce má okrem spracovania teoretického základu taktiež sprievodný charakter, pretože poskytuje podrobný opis práce tvorby praktickej časti, výtvarnej aj pedagogickej.
