Abstract:

Lidské zdroje jsou v dnešní době jedním z hlavních faktorů růstu, mají výrazný vlivna konkurenceschopnost a zakládají tak na úspěch regionu, proto je důležité sledovat jejichvývoj na regionální úrovni. Lidské zdroje a jejich rozvoj jsou od 90. let 20. stoletísledovány Organizací spojených národů a každoročně hodnoceny ve Zprávě o lidskémrozvoji. Tato zpráva porovnává a hodnotí rozvoj lidských zdrojů na úrovni států. Nicméněpro hodnocení situace v jednotlivých státech je důležité sledovat vývoj lidských zdrojůtaké na regionální úrovni. Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit vývoj lidských zdrojův krajích České republiky v období 2000-2015 v pětiletých intervalech. V teoretické částipráce jsou představeny vybrané ekonomické a regionální teorie determinované lidskýmizdroji a ukazatele měření ekonomického růstu a kvality života. V praktické části se autorkazaměřuje na aplikaci indexu lidských zdrojů, který vznikl modifikaci indexu lidskéhorozvoje (HDI) používaného OSN. Index lidského zdroje využívá data dostupné na úrovnikrajů ČR. Ukazuje se, že podle tohoto indexu má Praha dominantní postavení ve všechsledovaných obdobích. Za Prahou s odstupem následují kraje Jihomoravský aKrálovéhradecký. Podle indexu lidských zdrojů v celém období dosahují nejhoršíchvýsledků kraje Ústecký a Karlovarský.

Abstract:

Human resources are nowadays one of the main factors of growth. They have a significant impact on competitiveness and thus lead to the region's success, so it is important to monitor their development at the regional level. Human resources and their development have been monitored by the United Nations since the 1990s and reviewed annually in the Human Development Report. This report compares and evaluates the development of human resources at national level. Nevertheless, it is important to monitor the development of human resources at regional level to assess the situation in individual countries. The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the development of human resources in regions of the Czech Republic in the period 2000-2015 at five-year intervals. In the theoretical part are presented selected economic and regional theories determined by human resources and indicators of measuring economic growth and quality of life. In the practical part, the author focuses on the application of the human resources index, which resulted from the modification of the human development index (HDI) used by the OSN. The Human Resources Index uses the data available at the regional level of the Czech Republic. It turns out that according to this index Prague has a dominant position in all the monitored periods. The region Jihomoravský and Královéhradecký are both following the capital city. According to the Human Resources Index, the worst results are achieved in Ústecký and Karlovarský over the whole period.
