Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá opatřením obecné povahy jako novou formou činnosti veřejné správy. Aplikace tohoto nového institutu, upraveného ve správním řádu, soudním řádu správním a zvláštních zákonech, přinesl řadu nejasností a problémů. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with measure of general nature as a new form of aktivity of public administrativ. Aplication of this new instrument, regulated by Administrative Procedure Code, Administrative Procedure Code and specific acts, brought many ambiguities and problems.
