Cílem této práce je analýza vybraných elektronických platebních systémů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou rovin – teoretickou a praktickou. V první části jsem se pokusil vymezit základní pojem „informace“ a „informační společnost,“ a to zejména z právního hlediska.
