Abstract:

Cílem této studie je identifikovat základní konstrukty znalostního managementu a zjistit jejich vliv na výkonnost organizace. Na základě pohledu založeného na znalostech je cílem tohoto výzkumu analyzovat vliv šesti faktorů schopnosti procesu řízení znalostí na výkonnost organizace. Tyto faktory schopnosti procesu řízení znalostí zahrnují tvorbu znalostí, získávání znalostí, aplikaci znalostí, ukládání znalostí, šíření znalostí a organizaci znalostí. Cílem tohoto výzkumu je také analyzovat, zda schopnost znalostní infrastruktury, jako jsou technologie, organizační struktura a organizační kultura, mají pozitivní vliv na výkonnost organizace. Práce začíná kapitolou 1, která obsahuje celkový úvod a přehled výzkumu. Kapitola 2, která zahrnuje Přehled literatury, který vysvětluje význam každého z těchto faktorů a vytváří tak základ pro teoretický rámec a navržené hypotézy této studie. Kapitola 3 obsahuje Metodiku použitou při vývoji nástroje, sběru dat a pilotním testování. Kapitola 4 se zaměřuje na analýzu dat s cílem prozkoumat výsledky výzkumu a také vztah mezi jednotlivými faktory. Kapitola 5 představuje hlavní zjištění, důsledky výzkumu pro manažery a budoucí výzkumníky, omezení a konečně kapitola 6 představuje Závěr této studie.

Abstract:

This study intends to identify the essential knowledge management constructs and to establish their influence on organizational performance. Building upon the knowledge-based view, this research aims to analyse the impact of six Knowledge Management Process Capability factors on Organizational Performance. These Knowledge Process Capability factors include Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Capture, Knowledge Application, Knowledge Storage, Knowledge Dissemination and Knowledge Organization. This research also aims to analyse if Knowledge infrastructure capability such as Technology, Organizational Structure and Organizational Culture have a positive effect on Organizational performance. The thesis begins with Chapter 1 that contains the overall Introduction and Research Overview. Chapter 2 that covers Literature review which explains the significance of each of these factors and thus lays the foundation for theoretical framework and proposed hypotheses for this study. Chapter 3 contains the Methodology used for developing the instrument, collecting the data and pilot test. Chapter 4 focuses on analysing the data to examine the result of the research as well as the relationship between the factors. Chapter 5 presents the key findings, implications of the research for Managers and future researchers, limitations and finally, Chapter 6 presents the Conclusion of this study.
