Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá intervalovým cenzorováním jakožto specifickým druhem cenzorování v analýze přežití. Pozornost je věnována zejména postupům pro odhad funkce přežití, porovnávání funkcí přežití pro dvě a více skupin a parametrickým i neparametrickým modelům. Abstract:
This thesis deals with interval censoring as a specific type of censoring in survival analysis. In particular, attention is paid to procedures for estimating survival functions, comparing survival functions for two or more groups, and parametric and nonparametric models.
