Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi přístupu k právním řádům členských států Evropské unie. Nejdříve je obecně představen koncept přístupu k právu a jeho důležité aspekty se zaměřením na rozvoj informačních technologií. The diploma thesis deals with the options of the access to legal systems of the EU member states. At first, the concept of the access to law and its aspects focused on development of the information technologies are introduced.
