Diplomová práce na téma Konkurenceschopnost v gastronomii je zaměřena na analýzu jednotlivých samostatných cukrárenských podniků v lokalitě Praha 7. Všechny firmy byly zmapovány na základě osobního šetření, pomocí živnostenského rejstříku a internetovéé stránky www.firmy.cz. Bylo zjištěno celkem osm cukrárenských podniků. Thesis on Competitiveness in gastronomy is focused on the analysis of individual confectionery business in Prague, 7 all companies have been mapped on a personal investigation, with the Trade Register and internetovéé site www.firmy.cz.
