Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jaké možnosti na trhu práce uplatňuje hospodářská politika pro řešení nezaměstnanosti v České republice, zda a jak se zaměřuje na problematická místa na trhu práce a jestli dochází ke zlepšení situace. The goal of this thesis is to find, what possibilities economic policy applies in the labor market for solving the unemployment in the Czech Republic, whether and how it focuses on bottlenecks in the labor market and if there is any improvement of the situation.
